The last time my Kendall & I were there (a couple of weeks ago) was with my friend Val & her good boy, Bailey - the Golden Retriever mix. I've known Val for 38 years & Bailey for his 12. I was absolutely confident in you though she was so very worried as he'd only been to a groomer once before in his life! That person said he was difficult to deal with & he > left her place very timid & not as well turned-out as Val could have done on her own! From you, he was his happy, proud & gregarious self & we cannot thank you enough. My dear 13 year-old blind & deaf Kendall was > again perfectly done & comfortable as always.

We know that good things happen to good people. The award is the proof. I can't imagine anyone who has enjoyed your comforts for their pets voting any other way.

I am not surprised by the news of your awards.....both you and Lee are exceptional! You treat Caydee like she is one of your own and I greatly appreciate this. Obviously, I wouldn't drive from Oceanside to San Diego if I didn't feel like I trust you with Caydee and I am grateful that Brian Bazinett referred me to your business a few years ago.

Just wanted to let you know that EVERYONE loves Gizzy's "new do" . Our friends and family all had positive remarks . You made her look like a show dog ! ...Im very picky...and I was really impressed .....Im so glad I found you as I didnt like the other place I had previously tried . I will bring her back for sure !...and tell all those other dog owners that Pet Palace does a great job!
